During this free online presentation you'll discover:
✅ Why your blood sugar won’t stabilize even when you follow doctor’s orders.
✅ How more meds just mask the real problem instead of fixing it, and how one 14-year diabetic got off insulin in 6 months
✅ How to prevent and reverse neuropathy, ED, brain fog, memory slips before it's too late.
✅ How many patients cut their prescriptions in half, or eliminated them after addressing what most doctors never test for
✅ The hidden 3 root causes and the 3-phase metabolic reset that addresses them
A1C 7.8 → 5.8 · off six diabetes medications
"My A1C went from 7.8 to 5.8. and my lab work shows the facts. I've gone from six different medicines to zero. This is the opportunity of a lifetime and I'm glad I took it." - Arturo

A1C 6.9 → 6.3 → 5.2 · down 30 lbs · 4 months
"My A1C has gone from a 6.9 to a 5.2. I've been on this program about 4 months and within that time I've lost 30 pounds. I haven't done any strenuous exercises as of yet. Now I'm looking forward to becoming that super active person again and I can't wait to explore all the adventures that are on my bucket list." - Bridgit

A1C 7.5 → 6.1 · 4 months
"When I met Dr. Botelho I felt like I was on my last leg. I was so tired. Every day when I get home from work I didn't want to do anything, it was awful. Now my energy level has shot way up. I'm going to start riding bikes with my husband very soon." - Deb

Most Type 2 diabetics go through the same progression.
A routine visit, a phone call two days later, and a prescription handed over before you've finished processing the word diabetes.
The advice is always the same. Diet, exercise, lose some weight, see you in three months.
So you did it. The numbers came down for a while, then crept back up.
The dose went up. A second medication got added. Maybe a third.
And somewhere in that process the symptoms that weren't there at the start became part of your daily life.
The fatigue. The brain fog. The tingling in your feet.

Every ninety days someone adjusted a number on a prescription pad.
Not once did anyone ask why the number kept climbing.
That's not an accident and it's not your doctor being lazy. Managing diabetes is the job he was trained to do.
Reversing it is a different job, and almost nobody in conventional care is trained for it.
So the disease keeps moving underneath the medication. You just stop watching it.
And insulin sits at the end of that road, waiting.
Type 2 diabetes isn't a sugar problem. It's a metabolic one, and the specific thing driving yours is not the same thing driving the person next to you in the waiting room.
A standard diabetic workup runs three tests. It's built to confirm you still have diabetes and to decide your dose.
The Metabolic Reset Protocol starts with 33.
That panel is what tells me which of the root causes is actually driving your numbers, because until you know that, every plan is a guess. That's the reason the diet sheet didn't work. It wasn't built from anything about you.
Once the labs come back, the work runs in three phases:
👉🏻Find what's broken
👉🏻Correct it in sequence
👉🏻Reduce the medication as the biology no longer needs it.
That's the whole approach. It isn't willpower, it isn't a cleanse, and it isn't another diet.
Sixty minutes, live on Zoom, with me.
I'll walk through the same protocol I use with patients in my practice.
The 33 tests, what each one is looking for, the three root causes standard labs never check, and the three-phase sequence that follows.
Then I'll take you through real patient cases start to finish, including the lab numbers before and after.
Bring a notepad. Bring your husband or wife.
The presentation is free and there's nothing to buy on it.
At the end I'll explain how to work with my clinic if you want to go further, and you're under no obligation to.

Joanne came to me because her mother had diabetes, went on insulin, and died after a series of strokes. She said she didn't want to go that route. She and her husband Bob went through the program side by side.
Almost every patient I've reversed came to me before insulin, not after.
That isn't a coincidence. It's most of the reason it worked. There was still enough function left to restore.
Every year on the standard path is a year of that margin closing. Not dramatically.
Quietly, ninety days at a time, while a number on a prescription pad goes up.
And the point of dealing with it now was never a better lab report.
It's still driving. Still walking. Still remembering names at eighty, for the people who need you to be there.
Sixty minutes, live, and you'll understand what's actually driving your numbers and whether it can still be reversed.
